Full CNC internal and external Precision shape grinding. Uniform hardness without being brittle. Rockwell hardness 58 to 59. Corrosion resistant handles. Hand finished in Japan by Yamazaki Shears Co. Ltd, Kawagoe Japan. Click plate knob type adjustment assembly.
